The concept is developed in three key steps:
- Delete the existing uniformity to recreate, through the installation of opaque panels
- Dress the upper floors of an openwork pattern to generate a new identity and create a signal in the landscape
- Create a full bottom highlighting the windows by chromatic contrast

The idea of an iconic graphic aims to stage this multi-brand location in the city. The composition revolves around three specific elements: the star (identity), gold (luxury), light (attractiveness, openness).
The star - simple geometric pattern - is here reinterpreted, declined and repeated.

The golden metallic mesh is based on pentagons (the star built on a pentagonal base) and diamonds, as well as traceries of the decomposed stars. The kinetic effect of the superposition of stitches creates a moving facade.
This openwork lattice is set on the upper floors in order to unify the body of the building on an urban scale and give an impression of lightness. The opaque ground floor, as a negative, comes to contrast with the entrances and windows on the pedestrian scale.
